Scope of Services

Engineer's Hut delivers bespoke software development, AI engineering, web and mobile applications, eCommerce platforms, and dedicated developer resource staffing. Detailed project deliverables, intellectual property ownership, timelines, and milestones are governed by Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Engineer's Hut and the client.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for completed milestones as outlined in specific client contracts, all custom source code, documentation, and assets created specifically for the client are assigned to the client, subject to standard open-source library licenses and pre-existing frameworks.

Payment & Invoicing

Payments for development sprints, dedicated developer hiring, or fixed-price contracts are billed according to agreed milestone schedules. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in the relevant agreement.
